It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Tom Nolan, the founder of our firm, passed away on August 18, 2020, after a two-year long battle with cancer. He was a good man, a preeminent attorney in his field, and a person of strong faith. He will be deeply missed by many people – his family, all of us who work at Virginia Wills, Trusts & Estates, his clients, his colleagues in the legal profession and in the business community, his church family, and countless others. You can read Tom’s letter about his succession plan for the firm here.
Tom Nolan was the founding attorney of Virginia Wills, Trusts & Estates, PLC, which began operations on January 1, 2006.
